CoachHQ is operated by Sports Coach HQ Ltd ("we", "us"). We use cookies and similar technologies on our website, dashboards and related services (collectively, the "Platform") to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the Platform is used, and improve your coaching experience.

By continuing to use the Platform after seeing our cookie notice (where shown), or by adjusting your browser settings to accept cookies, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy — except for non-essential cookies where we rely on your consent under UK law.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site recognise your browser, remember information about your visit, and support security and functionality. We may also use similar technologies such as local storage or pixels where relevant.

• Keep you securely signed in to your CoachHQ account
• Remember your theme, layout and interface preferences
• Understand how coaches use the Platform so we can improve content and features

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Platform to function (for example, authentication and security). These cannot be switched off in our systems.

Where cookies are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before placing them on your device, in line with UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.

The following are examples of first-party cookies we may place when you use CoachHQ:

• Session / authentication cookie — keeps you signed in securely while you use the Platform (typically expires when you close your browser or after a limited period, such as seven days)
• active_theme — remembers your selected colour theme (up to 12 months)
• sidebar_state — remembers whether the dashboard sidebar is expanded or collapsed (up to 7 days)

Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages. These may include:

• Google Analytics — to collect aggregated statistics about how the Platform is used. Google may process data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Embedded content providers — if we embed videos or tools from partners, those providers may set their own cookies when you interact with their content.

You can control cookies in several ways:
